I now wish I bought the Amazon for all of the other TV's, but the new Remote just became available last October/Nov. Apple TV does have previous channel which works similar to Cube. This is $100 cheaper than the Apple TV, and it has the Mute, which makes it well worthwhile to me. Compared with the apple, you can immediately go back from a channel if it is already being recorded. I noticed I had to change the channel, then go to the guide to select channel I want to get prompted to continue live or start from the beginning. On the negative side, I am disappointed on the recording, using PSVUE, in that for it to work on an existing channel that is being recorded, you have to start from the beginning, then FF to where you want. This item is outstanding compared with the Roku and Apple. I also figured I could use this cube to replace my echo disk and use the disk at another location. I do not listen to the obnoxious commercials. Saw that the latest remote had previous channel and MUTE which is very important to me. I have 6 tv's with 1 - apple tv and 4 roku devices.
